I’ve been a patient here for over four years now, and this is truly one of the best doctors and medical teams I’ve ever experienced. The doctor is incredibly thorough, and you can genuinely tell they care about their patients. It’s hard to find doctors like this these days, and I’m really grateful to have them here in NYC. Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and helpful. Wait times are usually reasonable, but I highly recommend calling ahead and making an appointment since they’re often very busy. I feel confident and well taken care of every time I visit.

Dr. Almendral and all the medical staff, esp. the lady in the front, are all friendly and accommodating and very professional. They know what they are doing. The nurse Anya, Dr. Almendral, and staff at the front desk were all warm, friendly, and nice. Communication was concise, clear, and to the point. The doctor and the nurse seem to genuinely care about the patients. The services were well timed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family doctor. She caters to everyone.

The staff is always welcoming and so accommodating to my mom’s medical needs. Dr. Almendral has such a kind and caring bedside manner. We never feel rushed and we are not done with the visit until ALL of our concerns / questions have been answered.
