The best doctor! He has a nice personality and is highly professional. There's never any waiting time, and he's always there for my child when she needs him. Fast, consistently positive, and provides excellent service. My daughter has been his patient for 8 years, and we always recommend him to everyone!

Doctor is nice person but the staff is really rude especially the girls in front desk , never pick up call , if they pick by chance, too much hold time , and many time they put the receiver on the side , I spoke with doctor not picking the phone and about their behavior but he took their side , he said they are very hardworking girls do not misbehave with them instead of understanding his patient problem . My son was very sick after ignoring my calls and told me I am misbehaving I took my son to an emergency. Worst experience with this office and staff . Will change to another doctor .

Wonderful doctor. Waiting time 2-5 minute. Very efficient work organization. Very friendly and efficient staff. I came with 2 kids without waiting a weeks for appointment date, just after couple of hours after phone call. We did flu test, health checkup, vaccinations and blood tests for both in less then 20 minutes. Only one thing I would recommend. Office needs renovation. Black rotten ceilings and some other places create a feeling of lack of the level of cleanliness and sterility required for a medical institution.

Amazing Doctor, when we moved to the neighborhood we went through a couple different docs, until i stumbled upon his reviews and decided to try him out, couldnt be happier - he goes out of his way always, no matter how big or small the situation is. His office staff is always nice and courteous , so if you're like me looking for a doc and stumbled upon my review, look no further. I would give him 10 stars if i could.

These people leaving negative reviews are well lets say misinformed. Dr. Bassoul is an amazing doctor. He is attentive caring and extremely reachable. I have 4 children. A 27 year old and twin 20 year olds and a 12 year old. Dr. Bassoul has been their doctor forever. Whatever illness my children had. He saw them through it. I was never in doubt while he was caring for them. As far as the staff they are very accomodating and professional no complaints. His wife is wonderful and very helpful when he is busy. You will not find a better pediatrician in this city.
