I’d give zero stars if i could. the staff is rude and impatient, the doctor was nice but saw me for not even 5 minutes, they told me i should pay $40 co payment on the phone today and when i walked in they told me $75 and gave me the shortest explanation possible for why im paying $75. they didn’t even know i was coming in today. they refused to look at me and basically expected me to leave. they gave me a holter monitor for my heart, and when we left it stopped working. i called and they told me to come back, refused to give me tape since it easily unplugs, and when i called back for assistance since it stopped working again, they put me on hold on PURPOSE until they closed. Absolutely ridiculous and shitty staff. i’m beyond upset. i’m not driving all the way back there for them to fix it in 3 seconds, and i’m supposed to show them my results on thursday. it’s tuesday.

I want to start by saying that the doctor and specialists at this office are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I had a test done and waited over a month without anyone contacting me to schedule a follow-up appointment to review my results (this was in September and it’s now December). I had to call the office multiple times myself. Reaching the office is very difficult, as phones often go unanswered since the receptionist does not arrive until noon even though the office opens at 9 a.m. The only way to receive a call back is by leaving a message with the eye receptionist. When you are able to schedule an appointment, be prepared to wait two to three hours, as multiple patients are scheduled for the same time. Today, after waiting over an hour, I witnessed the Hispanic receptionist who had just arrived bring someone with her and place them into a room, despite other patients having already been waiting for over an hour to be seen. While the medical providers themselves are great, the front office organization and professionalism need serious improvement. Will be looking for another provider

My husband came here for an ophthalmologist appointment, but these doctors specialize in both ophthalmology and cardiology and so they use their license to commit fraud. They billed my husband for services he did not require, I’m a medical professional and reviewed his records, they gave him fake diagnosis codes that are now impacting his ability to get life insurance at the rate he deserves because of their fraudulent claims. I called numerous times to get it straightened out seven willing to accept this as a “mistake”. But no one will return my call. No one will follow up. Radio silence. I’ll be getting my attorney involved. DO NOT GO HERE.

It's extremely difficult to get one appointment here within a month. I waited for 5months to get next appointment which already shows how much important they make you feel. Secondly, the front desk is extremely terrible especially the Indian lady who seats. No respect no courtesy and she thinks as if they are doing huge favor on us for giving appointments. Terrible appointment scheduler. She gave me two appointments and she kept on changing the time so many times and not even inform in advance. When you go and show on the schedule time she describes that you are late and for the next appointment you have to wait for 2-3 freaking months. Extremely annoyed by the customer service from her. Also, when we have made her aware several times that the secondary insurance is on the way on mail and she did confirmed to provide reimbursement of the out of pocket cost if we reach out to her back in 15days of credit card payment. Despite such clear communication, she denied to accept the secondary insurance that we provided within 10 days of appointment and the moment we received it. All because they have to do some extra accounting work for reimbursement. Extremely disappointed when the second appointment was automatically cancelled because of the same reasoning. Indeed Dr. Agarwala might be professionally thoroughly due to this poor service, I recommend find a better doctor to save your time and go elsewhere.
