My experience with Dr. Cohen and his team has raised the bar for every medical visit/interaction/procedure. His staff, huge shout out to Venice, is kind and thorough with strong communication across the board. Dr. Cohen is an incredible surgeon with a fun and easy-going demeanor. He listens and explains in a manner that brings comfort yet empowerment. My knee procedure that I had this past March changed my life for the better. It was such a smooth process and my husband and I were well equipped on what was to be expected at every step. I highly recommend Dr. Cohen and team. I wish every medical experience I have in the future is at the level of my experience with them. Cannot recommend more.

I had started seeing Dr. Adam Cohen after an injury I occurred in 2006. Dr. Cohen has always exemplified courteous excellent care. I have had continuous care sporadically with other injuries throughout the years and Dr. Cohen's bedside manner has never changed. I recently had to visit him again in May 2025 and his gentle nature of care and concern to help his patients has continued. In these days it is heartwarming to find a genuine doctor who gives excellent care and follows up with his patients before he discharges you from his care after healing . I will also add since 2018 and working with Dr. Cohen his office manager, Venice Alconcel is a welcoming asset to the office because she also has an endearing, caring nature that helps with patient care. I know if you decide to use his services you will not be disappointed and overwhelming satisfied.

I slipped on ice in January and ended up with a broken arm. Because I am very active and like the outdoors, I was adamant about returning to an arm with full range of motion. I went back to OrthoManhattan and Dr. Adam Cohen was recommended. I did research to find he was a Super Doc. Dr. Cohen is so nice and his staff was wonderful. All questions were answered without any attitude. Thanks to Dr. Cohen, I have full range of motion back in my arm and I am able to resume all outdoor activities.🙂

You will be in good hands with Dr Cohen and his team. I had ankle fracture and Dr Cohen arranged my ORIF surgery as soon as possible, explained everything patiently and clearly, followed up before and after surgery, and would make himself available if any questions. Venice and Alexandra on his team are also amazing and transparent about any follow-ups, scheduling and other communications. It was my first surgery and it was quite nerve racking to go through the entire process- looking back, I feel very lucky to have walked into Dr Cohen's office in the first place.

I think the best testimony I can give Dr. Cohen is that last year, four months after he performed my first knee replacement, I came back for more and had him do my other one. The experience the second time around was even better than the first. The procedure at Mt. Sinai, with the surgery team there, was very professional, personable and efficient. That includes the anesthesiologist, nurses, aides, physical therapists who saw me directly after surgery, and the attendant who helped get me dressed and out the door. I was home the same day. Dr. Cohen saw me before and after surgery and was attentive, reassuring and unhurried. Also, as the weekend was coming up, he gave me his cell phone number should I feel the need to call with any concerns. Dr. Cohen's office staff is quite wonderful as well pre and post surgery, with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism every step of the way. I feel quite fortunate that I could have Dr. Cohen perform these long awaited surgeries and am very grateful to his amazing staff.
