Dr Dan Chu and his team are absolutely the most down-to-earth friendly welcoming practice that I have ever experienced. I was in for my endoscopy and his entire team Rebecca, Amanda and Gong and even his administrative team have been nothing short but warm and welcoming and they know their stuff. The compassion and care is over the charts! If you need a GI doctor Dr Chu is amazing

I was recently referred for an Endoscopy to Dr. Danny Chu by my primary doctor. I was very nervous about the procedure and had no idea what to expect. During our consultation, Dr. Chu explained the purpose of an endoscopy and used visual diagrams to show me exactly which parts of my stomach are looked at. My biggest fear was going under anesthesia, and Dr. Chu took the time during our consultation to explain how it worked and what to expect. Even though I knew what to expect, I have to admit that I was extremely nervous day of the procedure to be put under. However, when Dr. Chu came into the procedure room, he immediately started talking to me and calmed me down. I felt much better and the procedure was quick and painless. I’d do it again without hesitation. The front desk staff is professional and friendly, and take time to explain the forms and answer any questions, too. I had a great experience overall.

Absolutely the worst back office. 10 months of chasing down an error the billing departed created. No followup and avoiding calls. The incompetence of the back office puts the poor reception staff in impossible situations and gives the Doctors a poor reputation

I had a Colonoscopy exam done by Dr. Danny Chu a few years ago. Dr. Chu is a personable, patient and well-manner doctor. He took time to tell me what I should have done to prevent my acid reflex issue. But I was very disappointed with his nurse's and anesthesiologist's work ethic on the day of my exam. While I was lying on the bed, these 2 women were chatting non-stop about their personal affairs right over me. They treated me like a mummy or non-existed object. I was feeling nervous to be given the anesthesia to begin with. Their unprofessional behavior made me feeling even more nervous. To a point that I had to ask them to stop chatting and focus on what they were doing (that was to inject a needle into my vein). Because of their unprofessional and poor work ethic, I didn't go back to see Dr. Chu. What a shame! I like Dr. Chu as my GI Dr. I think that he is a good doctor. I suggest that Dr. Chu manages his staffs closely, so that they won't ruin his reputation again.

I never leave reviews. But Dr. Chu and his staff are the best. They are very helpful, nice. They will answer any question you have. I highly recommend DR. CHU OFFICE. THANK YOU.
