We finished our quoted installation he paid just shy of $3,000 which covered the installation we did for him. A month later he back charged the entire transaction. Not paying for any of the work that was done. Shameful, dishonest, and straight up con. Anyone willing to do this to hard working Americans shouldn’t be trusted.

The doctor is amazing! Very knowledgeable and pleasant, patient and kind! The reason for the 2 stars is AWFUL customer service! First, there’s NO contact number listed on the Google page. It takes forever to figure that the appointments and all communication with the doctor’s office are handled by some Advance care. The people answering the phone are not located on the site and there’s NO way to get in contact with the reception if you have any questions or concerns. I waited for a month for my glasses prescription , all to find out it was never existed in the first place . I had my vision checked during the visit. Terribly hard to get an appointment! I waited for three months to come and see an EMPTY waiting area and the doctor as perplexed as I was about the reason why they don’t schedule early appointments… I had to switch to a different ophthalmologist, unfortunately. Not because of the doctor but because of the nonsense I dealt with!

I had my right eye done yesterday and looking forward to getting my left eye done.
