Horrible post visit experience. I received a note from Dr. Chon via the online portal saying that I need to call the practice back immediately to discuss a test result that requires urgent further workup. But there’s no way to message the provider on the portal and now I’ve tried to call four days in a row with no response. Someone from their offshore team called me to say they would mark the message as “urgent” and I would be getting a call from the doctor the same day, but I have not heard back. Completely unacceptable. Would avoid this practice.

Dr. Chon was very nice and patient as she listened to needs concerning Healthcare and request for medications needed.

Dr. Chon is very knowledgeable and great to work with. She's a very good listener.
