Charles H Bagley, MD

My first interaction with Dr. Bagley was August 2016 and he seemed like a good doctor. His office was a little unorganized but what doctor's office isn't. However, I'm trying to contact him to see him again and he is no where to be found. Any number listed with 411 for him, is no longer in service. So I give 1 star because I can't go lower, for not notifying patients that he was closing his practice.

I have a "Groupon coupon" but he's not working anymore how come who is getting my Groupon money coupon??all his phone numbers are disconnected .Very dessapointed,look like he does not work anymore.
