I love how he takes pride in his craft, the adminstration can use a bit of help especially if it is your first time but after that everything is a breeze and he uses anaesthetic cream and give you a thorough clean. (With that being said this review has only been for cleaning procedure) I also love the fact that on Saturdays it is walk in for most light procedures (i.e. cleaning for me)
