Never showed up to my appointment, didn't even know the time for my appointment and lied talking about the train was delayed when there were no delays on that line because that's the exact line I took to get there. Those trains were coming every 5 mins. He also hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Came for a 2:15pm appointment and was told to wait 45, left at 3:17 without being seen. Extremely unprofessional

Called the office to make an appointment on 12/8 at 11:30am. The person that picked up the phone mumbled something and I had to ask if I reached a doctor’s office and he said “yeah”, so I hung up because it didn’t sound very professional. The same person called back, not to ask if i was in trouble or needed help. It was to tell me off for hanging up. I took a chance & called back but I got an all circuits are busy message and when I called again it just rang off the hook which turned into the same busy circuit message. The doctor should be very concerned about the type of people he has answering his business phone.

Best personality ever I meet! I my first appointment, he spent more than an hour to check every possible health information. He personally calls my pharmacist to explain the medication.

Dr Caesar offers great environment and his patient care is centered strictly on patient’ needs and chief complaint. He does not brush complaints under carpet. You will enjoy Dr. Caesar’s bedside manner.
