Horrible services. He does not make eye contact, he does not work with patients when their medications are not working. I am trying to find another doctor not that I think he would even notice. I think he is narcissistic and really should find anther field to work in.. He show no empathy for his patients. He allows the receptionist to run the office, they are allowed to make major decisions which I feel only the doctor should make. Because he has given them so much power they take advantage of their authority..

He’s like a weird robot who has no empathy for his patients. Made my depressed mom cry. Stay away from this psychiatrist. The primary care doctor in this office (Dr. Ratsenberg) is a good primary doc though.
