Yes the wait was long, but it was well worth it. Dr. McDonald's office is busy for a reason. She knows her stuff and this is why my in-laws will be coming back to her office. The staff was polite and her nursing staff work very efficiently. The office is well maintained and clean. I may have to let my old PCP go and make the change too!

I've been with Dr. McDonald for about a year. She was definitely an upgrade from my previous physician. She's very attentive and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I also appreciate that she prefers to try a holistic approach before prescribing medication. Recently, I had an issue with my meds, and she went above and beyond by calling the pharmacy off-peak hours to find out what was going on.

At this office. Nooooooo professional customer services whatsoever from this office. I’ve worked with doctor at JHMC for 24 years. Doctor McDonald was once on the units seeing patients at the hospital as well as the rehabilitation center, never thought for one second when I choose her as my PCP, I would’ve had to say speak so poorly on the the way her office is ran so unprofessional. Not after being warned from other previous patients of hers, but more so due to my very first experience on my first visit. Which, she had given me all assurance things will be dealt with differently moving forward. Today I can say the only thing I saw differently, is the different face change of staff members. Have me wondering what is it really that causing such. Anyway it’s not for me to say much about such.

The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized, and I didn’t feel rushed during my visit. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dr. McDonald is amazing! Helped me to lower my blood sugar and high blood pressure, also my cholesterol, she was so patience, kind and professional, answered all my questions and gave me a guide to a healthy lifestyle, I’m so grateful for all her help and support.
