Excellent experience with Dr Kansal. He was great with my son, explained the process, procedure and risks in detail and with the appropriate level of context. Our surgery went great and my son had a quick recovery as was expected.

Took my elderly mother for an ear wax removal and I paid out of pocket. I had to take her to another ENT to remove the wax he left behind. Then they balance billed me for another 69$. Horrible experience

Dr. Kansal was excellent! We came from North Carolina to see him and the visit was so worth it. My son was suffering from ear issues due to exposure to loud noise at a concert. Dr. Kansal took the time to explain everything clearly and addressed all of his concerns. My son was feeling quite anxious and Dr. Kansal’s reassurance gave him some much needed relief about his ear issues. He was not rushed and really cared for my son. Dr. Kansal is very kind, patient and courteous. The audiologist at the clinic was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very thorough, takes time to listen and find solutions. Very happy and excited to follow through on the plan he made for me to get my sense of smell back!
