Ana Maria Colon Ramos, MD

My experience with Dr. Ana Colon-Ramos was overall great. The wait time can vary if you arrive early, you’re seen pretty quickly, but if you come in late, you might be waiting a while. It’s definitely worth getting there ahead of time. Dr. Colon-Ramos was amazing. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and made an effort to get to the root of what was going on, which I appreciated a lot. This was my first time having 12 tubes of blood drawn. About five minutes after the blood draw, I started to faint. It was a scary moment, I honestly felt like I was dying but the staff responded immediately. They acted fast, took great care of me, and made sure I was stable and okay before letting me leave. I have to commend the entire team for how they handled that situation. Their quick response and professionalism made a big difference, and I felt well cared for despite the scare.

It was the best experience in any medical office we have ever had!! The place was clean, the staff was all very professional and respectful. The Dr was great and took her time to explain in very good clear and precise details everything to my mother. The fact that they spoke Spanish was definitely a plus. I traveled to NYC from RI to go to this appointment because I was not sure if they had any Spanish speaking staff it was great to see that they do and I don’t have to worry about my mother’s follow up appointments at this office.. there was however, one front desk staff member who did not look up from her phone, other than that thank for amazing job and experience Gricelyz,
