This doctor is horrible!!! I have overheard my mother trying to schedule appointments with her for years. She is always sick or away or recovering from surgery. The few times my mother has managed to get an appointment she always has to wait weeks and then it's a virtual visit. Does this doctor actually practice anymore? On top of that she sent my mom to a specialist for "IBS", my mom has cancer that was detected too late and is terminal. Neither this doctor nor her office has called to see how my mother is doing or share her health findings or express any sympathy for her illness.

Dr. Rojas is amazing. She's knowledgeable, listens well, and takes the time to explain things to you. I also love that she still masks! It means a lot to me as somebody who needs to take extra care to protect myself and my loved ones from airborne illnesses. The one downside of a given appointment in and of itself is that sometimes the wait is extra long, especially for morning appointments, but I'm more willing to put up with that at Dr. Rojas' office because I know it's likely because she takes the time to give people the care they need. Other than the appointment itself, it is sometimes difficult to get in contact with the office by phone or via their new app, especially for anything other than strictly making an appointment (e.g. if you need a prescription refill). But I always end up resolving the issue in the end. And Dr. Rojas herself is so great I wouldn't want to give her up as my doc!

She’s my primary after having to switch from another Dr. She’s great she pays attention to her patients and she cares. Come with time to spare because you may need to wait a little. The staff is friendly and try to do their best for the patients. At times they can get overwhelmed, but they give their best.

I have tried to speak to this doctor for months now regarding my mother and her needs as I live in a different state. This doctor is always “out sick” and no one responds to messages. I will be formerly filing a complaint about this matter.

She is a very good doctor. The waiting is like most places it time consuming , but she's worth it.
