I’ve been seeing Dr. Alison Chan at Mount Sinai for several years, and I can confidently say she is an outstanding physician. She is consistently punctual, and I rarely have to wait long for my appointments, which I really appreciate. Dr. Chan takes the time to thoroughly review my medical history and address any concerns I have. She is extremely attentive, detailed in her examinations, and always makes sure I fully understand my health, whether it’s discussing symptoms or explaining test results. What really sets her apart is her accessibility and responsiveness. Whenever I reach out through messages or email, she responds promptly and thoughtfully. She also follows up on test results and ensures I’m well-informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and reliable primary care physician.

Dr. Chan is exactly the kind of provider that I feel like we should have more of in this world. She is patient, kind, compassionate and very thorough in not only her assessments but in conversation.
