Dr. Bruckstein has been a family doctor for many years and within that time has shown and proven not only to he a wonderful doctor but also a wonderful man. He is not only knowledgeable but also caring, kind and patient. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Thank you doctor for treating our family as if it were your own.

My wife was a patient of Dr Bruckstein's for years before we moved to PA. She absolutely adored him. Caring, kind, great bedside manner. She always felt like he really wanted to understand what was going on. She's not feeling well again, and the doctor's here have a 2 month waiting list. Seriously considering calling him again and taking the 2 hour drive.

Dr. Alex Bruckstein is an amazing doctor with so much knowledge and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions you might have. He’s very thorough with his explanation of any diagnosis and does his best to make it easy to understand. He’s a very caring doctor who ensures you are safely getting home after a procedure. Also, his staff is very friendly and welcoming. During COVID, my dad & I felt so comfortable being in his office because they have very strict measures in place to ensure safety of all patients. Everyone in the office was wearing a mask and gloves, and patients must follow the same protocol. I 100% recommend Dr. Bruckstein to anyone who is looking for a stomach doctor on Staten Island. I’m so happy I found him for my dad who struggles with stomach issues and I’m always going back to him for any consultation in the future.

Amazing! I have been going to Dr. Bruckstein for some time. He has great bedside manners, takes time to answer questions, explains any labs and procedures thoroughly. Recently went for a colonoscopy and his team is awesome. The nurse and the anesthesiologist that worked with him were professional, knowledgeable and had great bedside manners. Gave me quick results. Later that day, he emailed me with information on my diagnosis and treatment. Great experience and shows he really cares about his patients.
