The worst front desk that you could ever experience! They will always put you on a hold, or just simply never picked up a phone! Try to avoid this office!!!

Front desk staff are extremely rude over the phone and in person. They would not accept proof of insurance in any form except fax and got extremely aggressive when I asked if I could just come in and have them scan my card instead. Also completely unaware of what insurances they accept and how to check or look it up.

I don’t even know why I have been coming here for so long. No matter which doctor you come to see, they will always take more than 2 hours “without reasoning” as to why they scheduled you at a certain time but you will see the doctor 2-3 hours later. Over scheduling patients and keeping us all sitting/ standing around like this was some kind of cattle farm.

Place is terrible have appointment for 9:30 it’s 11am no one called me and when they finally called me some random lady goes I was here first and they took her instead place is garbage only cares about money

Worst doctor’s office ever. Stay away . Absolutely don’t care about patients. Businessman, not a doctor
