Northwell Health Third Avenue @ 80Th Street Dr. Aaline Ahmad’s OFFICE: She means well BUT the insane demands put on doctors under this corporate umbrella make for impossible conditions for patient’s to receive proper care - for instance: Doctor’s having to see way too many patients a day which is unethical to say the least and exhausting, not being able to book an appointment within a week of calling 10 times (with severe pain & illness that needs to be addressed immediately), finally getting office people on the phone after 35 PLUS minutes of HOLDING, being hung up on and having to call back several times, who work from home with no authority to help patient’s in need in a timely manner and only perhaps offering an appointment 4 months away - in charge of ones heath care (!) is not only audacious but negligent and malfeasant - Lets not forget the horribly nasty bulling manipulative, patronizing females (& some males) who answer the phones and a nurse called Sarah who thrive on their tiny amount of power that they throw around like trash by making patient's lives miserable making the patient’s queries wrong by twisting the need for care being snooty, snobby, bossy, pretend holier than thou, and not in the least bit empathic or compassionate regarding patient needs, which I am convinced they enjoy! I will never ever be put in a position to have to communicate with these awful people again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTHWELL OR DR. AHAMED (for not standing with her patient’s) OR ANY OF THE “NOUS” CORPORATE CONGLOMERATE DOCTORS OFFICES! By the way, this unbelievably horrible front of the house staff behavior has been going on now for a few years but no one does anything about them, NO ONE! NOTHING!

Dr. Ahmad is a very caring doctor. I went to her as a new patient, and she greeted me with a warm smile. I knew right away that I was in good hands.

I did not find this doctor helpful, I was told I have lymphoma on my back and that wasn't true at all. I have edema in my arms, legs and had to figure it out needing emergency hospital help for my edema.still waiting on proper medication to be provided for my health issue.

She has been my doctor for over 1 years. From day 1 she has been helpful and shows concern and interest in what is being addressed highly recommended.

She is my primary doctor I love her
