I went to this doctor a couple months ago cause I kept having recurring sore throats and swollen tonsils. Trying to get the appointment was a hassle itself as I had to wait 2 months. Went to the appointment only to wait for 3 hours, despite having an appointment. I even saw someone who came later than me go in before me and the receptionist just claimed that she had an appointment before me. Okay, I deal with all of that, and when I meet the doctor and go over my history of sore throats and colds, he says I might need tonsil removal, but before he decides on anything he said to come back again when I do have a cold so he could check. So I called today, and at first the receptionist was going to hang up on me saying they don't have any appointments without even checking my details. It was only after I told her that the doctor told me to come back that she checked and then told me they had dropped my insurance a few months ago. So all this trouble and hassle was for nothing. If they had notified me or at least tried to help me out in my first meeting, then I wouldn't have to be in so much pain now. Go to a different ENT, one that at least has respect and some humanity left in them.
