Take a deep breath before you even call this office. Respectfully they the absolute worst Pediatrician office in Bushwick. I got there at 1030am and left at 1245pm. Unsure how it takes hours to be seen every single time. Then the doctor says she’s sending my son’s medication to the pharmacy, I go I wait 20 minutes there only to be told the doctor didn’t even send them. I call to inquire, they don’t even answer. I had to walk back to ask and was told sorry she had other peoples medication to send, like ok it’s been 20 minutes she still unable to press a few buttons and send the medication in? These are children, my son is 4 years old how long are we genuinely expected to wait for labs, vaccines, doctor, medication etc. The absolute worst.
