I underwent a right reverse total shoulder replacement on January 8th and was in Mr Lasak s care a week later. From the moment I met him he was very attentive, thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable and put my mind at ease that I would be able to restore my function. Through his skilled manual training experience, he enabled me to regain my motion without pain so that I could perform my exercises more easily. Had a 9am appointment, arrived 20 minutes early completed all necessary paperwork and sat and waited. Other people called in, still waiting, 10 minutes after appointment was told to give another 5 minutes. Eventually the therapist came out and asked if I was waiting for PT? First time here and already got a bad impression. You don't have a schedule of who are supposed to see? Since no one came out (he didn't call in anyone while I was waiting), what made you 13 minutes late to call me in? I only chose them because they are an NYU facility that's only a mile from work. But I have a feeling that I'm not going to happy with the therapy I'm going to receive. We shall see what happens in the coming weeks.
