I am writing to complain the Mandarin speaking front desk person!!!! 😖😖😖 I would like Dr. Zhu, the owner, to be aware of the problem My mom, age 89, a long time patient of Dr. Zhu experienced difficulties (few times) scheduling urgent appointments with Dr. Zhu when she had a toothache The person who answered the phone was not helpful but pushy (push for other dentists) and created difficulties to my mom. My mom was courteous explaining to the person of her need and request. Rather than communicating and providing options to patients, the person created barriers to patients who are trying to seek treatment ☹️☹️☹️☹️ Ruins the team’s good reputation

After my long time Hygienist retired, I decided to try Canal Dental Group. All I can say is wish I had visited them sooner. The team are professional and thorough, my Hygienist Maggie very detail oriented and explains every procedure clearly. And Dr.Su is prompt and knowledgeable. All in all very pleasant experience
