The Shanghainese receptionist there had an absolutely terrible attitude. They insisted on seeing a doctor before giving me any urgent medical documentation. Once, when I was genuinely feeling unwell, they stopped accepting guests at 4 PM. If I had actually fainted, who would have been responsible? The service was awful. The doctor was nice, but the receptionist was awful; they only started speaking politely when I was being aggressive.
