I have been coming here for years with my special needs son. The dental staff is very nice, but the front staff are not very friendly. I took him today for a deep cleaning that was scheduled for 9:40am. He needs Valium so that he doesn’t get uncomfortable in his wheelchair, so I gave it to him when we checked in. One patient was ahead of us and he was done by 10:20. By 11:00, my son was getting agitated, so I told them that I was leaving. The receptionist decided that was when she would see if the doctor was ready!! Almost 1 1/2 hours, a day missed at work, and we left with nothing. No apologies! We weren’t ever acknowledged sitting in the waiting area once we checked in! This is a disgrace.

I don’t know how this center has remained in business. I was referred by my sons pediatrician and what a complete disappointment. It’s hard enough the circumstances in which the appointment Is needed. This facility has poor management and office Administration. I called countless times and emailed to schedule an appointment and no one ever returned my calls or email. It’s a disgraces that a place like this exist. Thankfully I called another facility and I was able to get my son an appointment.
