There was a time 10 year ago I waited in her office for 6 hours on a “busy day” they took me at 5pm, it was a fasting appointment. I only go to the doctor when absolutely necessary so I asked for script refills thru the Healow app but when it came time I needed to show up in person for blood tests and a real followup in order to continue meds, the front desk would offer me appointments 6 months out. They also said if I need something more urgently, I should go consult an urgent care. That was the final straw. If you can’t do your job sufficiently it’s time for a career change or retire. This office is a liability to true patients with medical needs.

Another lost of patient 👏👏👏 I question the reality of this place, its practice, or customer service. I made an appointment and had an arguement with the front desk of a regular check-up/physical. For roughly 20 to about 40 minutes of back and forth with the guy rudely saying "I don't have an appointment" or "You never made an appointment with us". The big shocker when I gave him as well as the woman that either his supervisor or coworker in the back of audio proof of said recording and visual proof (phone call history) of day when the appointment (my nephew set up my phone to play an audio saying "this line is automatically recorded" and records the call), not a single responsible or apologetic manner, was told I can be squeeze in roughly a few hours. I left. I will no longer be coming back here again, and I recommend others to do the same. This happened roughly 2 or 3 months ago; I've forgotten but recently remembered to post whilst passing by from work.
