I had a very concerning experience at this dental office and feel obligated to share it. Most if not all the instruments appeared visibly worn and even rusty, which immediately raised concerns about proper sterilization and patient safety. Even more alarming were the hygiene practices I witnessed. Staff repeatedly touched computers, drawers, and equipment with the same gloves used inside patients’ mouths. Dental assistant touched hair, scrubs, and phone, then returned to the patient’s mouth without changing gloves. The dentist also moved between working in patient's mouth and writing notes without changing gloves. This is a serious breach of basic infection control protocols. In addition, procedures were not explained at all. Everything felt rushed, with no communication or reassurance provided during treatment. Overall, this experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the safety standards in this office. I strongly recommend that this practice reviews and improves its sanitation and infection control procedures immediately.
