Wait over one hr with appointment. We stayed quiet and patient until they let the one came after us in, just because he had a preferred doctor!! Oh lord, I don’t mind which doctor cuz i don’t wanna wait…it supposed to be first come first serve correct? We been here for 2 yrs, and we don’t complain about ur front desk’s unprofessional freaking loud voice. Jesus, why u guys talk gossips & laugh out loud in front of the whole packed waiting room. Super unprofessional. Last time visit and bye.

waited for over an hour to see the doctor today. had 3 patients after I got there go before me, no complaints even when the desk lady and a patient escalated a fight and had a clipboard thrown at me. when they forgot to give back my insurance card, I went to go pick it up a hour later and stepped to the side of the desk since an old man was standing at the window after he finished speaking. the desk lady with the glasses told me I had to come to the front, then placed my insurance on the desk where I had to reach around and peel from the spot he’d just coughed on. such rude behavior and excuse me for being triggered but when someone butchers your arm you’d expect them to be more humble.
