I bought meta frames to put in my prescription in the lens. I picked up my glasses, they appeared to not be shiny black they looked like the frames were scratched or some type of solution took the shine away. When I bought this to the manager attention she’s says the store nor the insurer is not responsible and continues to ask if I have insurance to get them replaced. This is unacceptable. Glasses are brand new. Reading the reviews says a lot about this business. They showed very little concern. Just an apology and keep stating they not responsible. No worries I will not be returning for any type of services. Bad business, plus I’m a long time customer.

Great service! Both doctors were very knowledgeable and upfront. My son’s glasses came in on time right before heading to college. Had a great experience and plan to do more business with them for my entire family!
