Wyckoff Pediatric Care Center

the doctors here are great but every single time you call the clinic to speak to someone, they never answer. i’ve called multiple times in a week and not a single time have i not been waiting for at least 30 minutes for someone to pick up. i cannot get my medication refills because they refuse to answer the phone.

I don’t know why they don’t answer phones or messages left in their answer machines. I had my coordinator from early intervention try to get a hold of the doctor asking for a prescription for my child to start the program. But without that they can start. I’m getting upset don’t wanna waste time going when they can do it over the phone . My coordinator sans occupational therapist had been trying and trying reaching doctor. Like yall slacking man !!!!! Smh
