Pink Montana
Marina Tsivin, NP, is an absolute treasure. I truly love being her patient. She is young, compassionate, kind, intelligent and incredibly detail-oriented. She genuinely listens, takes her time with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered without ever making you feel rushed. She is warm, thoughtful and authentic, and I honestly believe she is one of the best things that has happened to this clinic. Yes, the wait time can be long. Expect to be in the office anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours. That said, Marina is absolutely worth the wait, and the time she gives her patients reflects how much she truly cares. The front desk staff and medical assistants are also very kind and professional, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. The one downside to this clinic is the phlebotomist. On more than one occasion, she has been unfriendly and unprofessional. She does not greet patients even when greeted, has caused significant bruising during blood draws and has handled her phone while wearing gloves in between preparing for blood work. When told “thank you, have a nice day,” she does not respond. On one visit, after I had already completed my appointment with Marina, Marina requested that I be placed in a room for a simple injection. The phlebotomist told Marina that I would need to return to the waiting room instead. As a result, I waited an additional 20 minutes unnecessarily, despite already being finished with my visit. Unfortunately, this behavior has been consistent, and the phlebotomy experience is the weakest part of an otherwise great clinic. Overall, Marina Tsivin is exceptional, and she is the reason I continue to come here.
