Dr. Park has great medical acumen. And he is the most gentle and kind person you will meet. The office was run smoothly and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. The staff is very nice and helpful

I came to this office as a new patient checking in. My appointment was at 2pm and I was advised to come in at 1:15pm. I checked in at 1:15pm and waited for about 30 minutes before I personally requested new patient paperwork since I was receiving no guidance. I assumed I had to come early to fill out paperwork... so I demanded new patient paperwork. The guy that works the front desk told me to wait for my name to be called up. (I was told to come in at 1:15pm as a new patient) Time goes by and patients are complaining and no one knows why our appointments are delayed. Note than my appointment was at 2pm and at 2:45pm we were finally notified that the doctor was on a lunch break... It was finally my turn to consult with the doctor at 3:15pm (over an hour after my scheduled appointment time). When I consulted with the doctor, he seemed to form biases and gave me a lecture on how he was concerned about losing his practice than actually taking the time to diagnose me for my medical condition... I felt extremely uncomfortable and it was my first time experiencing anything like this. As a new patient, I listed out my concerns to the doctor and had 3 out of 5 addressed since he was more focused on showing me a google result on how many doctors get arrested based on certain practices. As a follow up, I asked if the doctor does phone appointments and instead he only does in person appointments (which didn't make sense to me since we are in a pandemic). I also requested my blood work to be done and wanted to receive the report via the Quest Diagnostic portal. It has been over 2 weeks since I did that test and after I call the front desk staff, they seemed confused as to why I'm using the portal. We're in a pandemic and I expressed that I'd rather have the report sent to me over the portal (which many doctors can accommodate to). They said that I can only pick the report up in person or have it faxed to me. I am still waiting for these results since they seem to be lost. This office is a joke and I genuinely feel bad for all the patients that get treated here... Do not come to this office and find another doctor. Front desk staff are something else... they treat patients like second class citizens. Absolutely horrible patient care and service.
