I was a patient of Harris Flug for a few months in 2015, and I cannot say that my experience was positive. He would consistently go off topic about interests that he liked that had nothing to do with the reason I was going to therapy. He once spent an entire session yapping about the plot to Eraserhead. I eventually stopped going after he, a man in his 50’s at the time, invited me, a 14 year old boy at the time, to go with him to Manhattan and meet a director that he was a fan of. This is beyond inappropriate to ask a patient of yours, let alone a teenage boy.
