Horrific attitude and lack of direction from IRIS. there is no way this woman is here to help anybody. She has displayed the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in the public service space. Very dismissive and displaying an abuse of power. She approved me in person and then denied me when I called. People like Iris are a representation of the hindrance in our public service system. Please find a job you enjoy because it’s very clear that it’s not this. your coworkers have expressed that they are experiencing a hostile work environment because of your horrible demeanor and that horrible attitude is now being projected to the public that you are supposed to be serving. Do better Iris.

This local non-profit organization works hard to help the local community. Since 2017 I have been supporting this organization with donations and volunteering. I encourage people to make donations if possible and others in need to check up for the services offered. The staff there does an amazing job and they have a big heart.
