Women First Ob/Gyn P.C.

Dr. Perez has always made me feel very comfortable during all appointments and conversations. If I were rating her, she would receive 5 stars. Unfortunately, the running of her office is very frustrating. I made my first appt on Zocdoc which was very simple and convenient. After a while my pharmacy could not get authorization to refill the prescription from Dr. Perez— still completely understandable. I figured I was overdue for a checkup. I began calling and leaving detailed messages for over a week to the office without any response. I even showed up in person in hopes to resolve the issue on two separate occasions. The office was completely closed. I’m unsure if this location has shut down or has very odd office hours. Either way, a gynecologist should be considerate of the fact that their patients need time sensitive responses, prescriptions and attention. I will not be returning for this reason.

Very outdated office. Crazy office hrs and no contact with the doctor or the office in case of emergency situation. I started seeing Dr Perez with my second pregnancy and although the doctor seemed nice there was nothing done at the office. There is no sonogram machine, no phlebotomist, nothing is electronic. They only told me my expected delivery date that they read from some kind of paper ring. I was sent to get my sono done at different office and they found large ovarian cyst which needed follow up with the surgeon. It took them so long to contact the doctor that I finally decided to switch to a different ob/gyn. The trigger factor for my change though was that they ignored my bleeding during the first trimester and they never called me back with the instructions. The doctor was not at the office and the secretary said that she will contact Dr.Perez and get back to me as soon as possible but...... she forgot! I had to go see another ob/gyn doctor to be checked. I did not get any prenatal care at this office because they dont have the tools to provide one.
