This establishment has many commendable attributes, particularly the medical team in the back who are friendly, attentive, and exceptional to work with. However, my overall experience has been negatively impacted by interactions at the front desk. In my opinion, the professionalism and demeanor at the front desk do not meet the standards I have experienced elsewhere in the office, affecting my desire to remain a patient at this facility for too long. Additionally, the office's policy of accepting only cash for co-pays could be inconvenient for patients who predominantly use digital payment methods.
