The staff at the front desk was courteous and efficient. Upstairs the nursing staff/pca’s were very professional and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure my aunt was comfortable and had everything she needed. They were kind and supportive.

From the moment I walked in I could tell the difference. It is a well kept place. The air is fresh with handsanitzer all over. The front desk staff greeted me with a welcoming smile and it was the norm with the other staff on the ward I visited. Everyone is very helpful and patients are very clean and presentable.
