I had a wonderful experience at this pediatric center. I was inquiring about the flumist Vaccine and the front desk was very Professional knowledgeable. I was able to speak to the provided which informed me they had the vaccine and I could walk in with my Children. Pediatric center is open until late. It was my first time visit and the Processing was so fast. I was in and out. Williamsburg, Pediatric team Were all very Friendly. I highly recommend this facility for anyone Parent looking for good care for your little ones.

Staff refused to provide my sick infant with runny nose and cough due to flue with the prescription for nebulizers unless I receive it from them. I was trying to reason with them and called back 4 times explaining that we just saw the doctor this week, and unable to come to the office. And that I just need prescription to be sent to our pharmacy. They kept saying that they don’t care, they only want to give nebulizer to us themselves so they can charge our insurance plan. Regardless if it works for us or no. I asked to put me through to speak with the doctor. They kept putting me on hold and then they hang up. It happened 4 times. And my Uber ride there and back is $60-70. Also they wanted me to do it with a sick infant. I’ve even offered to charge additional telehealth visit for the nebulizers if they want. They just hang up.
