As a member of the Williamsburg community, this this medical clinic has failed me other in the area. On the surface the Dr. seemed really nice and helpful. But now, I don't believe she has authority to write medical prescriptions. I'm an asthmatic cancer survivor, with medical issues. Over a week after my visit the Dr has neglected to submit my asthma meds, and my and other important meds. And she refuses to respond to any of my refill request 🤷‍♂️...

I really love Dr. Bautista, he’s amazing! But this place is honestly a joke! The wait times are extremely long, and no one seems willing to help each other. The service is very slow, not professional and sadly I hate having to come back for check-ups.
