Waited 2 and half hours past my appointment time. I didn't even get to see the Dr. who I was referred to. I had a cd with x rays. I know they did not take a look as it was not opened... the sticker/seal was still intact. Said I need an MRI...

I waited at the office for over two hours past my appointment time. I had to figure out on my own the weird system of calling patients to the back via walkie talkie. In the middle of my exam with the doctor, he answered his cell phone, proceeded to have an argument with the person who called, and ended the conversation with a remark about not having time for "x chromosome meltdowns." This was all without apologizing or stepping out of the exam room; it was extremely uncomfortable for me. As far as actual treatment, he gave me no advice or suggestions on further at home treatment (stretches, etc) for my condition beyond the research I had already done other than to come back in two weeks for an MRI if I wasn't any better. I won't be back.
