I am surprised I have been at this office for so long but it is definitely time for a change. Gail’s behavior is rude and nasty and this has been a constant from the time I became a patient of this clinic. Honestly I appreciate the Provider and that is it! He will continue to lose good patients because of her. Why do you think it’s normal to place someone on hold in the middle of them explaining their issue? Ma'am I am sick and tired of your negative attitude and I am calling you out publicly. Work on your self you do not need to be patient facing at all. I hope Doctor Johnson removes you as you are clearly bad for business!

At one time, there a great level of professional care given towards all patients. Now it's just a rotating door of inadequacy with patients complaining about what service they didn't get or would like to receive. You never get your results of your lab work on your follow up visit. Doctor forgets a lot of your things or just doesn't care
