Their service was excellent. Dr. Lovonne Brown was extremely thorough and specific asking questions for my annual physical. She also was extremely kind and comforting addressing any concerns or questions I had. The nurses and the onboarding process were also excellent. They were very warm and inviting. They had to do bloodwork and it was painless and smooth. I definitely will visit next year when I need another physical.

It was my brother who had his first appointment with Dr. Lovonne Brown. I scheduled the appointment for him because I knew my brother needed to see a doctor since he hasn't seen one in the past 2 years. I love my brother and having been a caregiver to both my parents who have since past, I want him to take care of himself. Upon his visit with Dr. Lovonne Brown, he told me he had a pleasant and easy going appointment. He expressed to me that the doctor was no longer going to be at the facility location he went to. This is one of the reasons why he hasn't followed up on his health with doctors. It was either an insurance issue or the doctor was no longer available, leaving my brother in limbo when it came to his health. Working in the health field for over 30 yrs, it has saddened me where there are so many insurances out there and when trying to get the proper care, it's become so difficult. So now with my brother having just seen Dr. Lovonne Brown once, he was told of another doctor he could see. All I want for my brother is a PRIMARY doctor that will help, whose reliable when it comes to the care he needs without giving him the run around. All in all, his visit was a good one with Dr. Lovonne Brown.
