Dr. Rosen gets high praise from me. He's kind, attentive, patient. I have hearing loss and quite often have the opposite experience. He was lovely, as were the women as well...polite, helpful. All anyone wants nor needs is a little basic kindness and they provide it. God bless them :)

Stay away from this clinic. They always have problems with billing. They don’t check with your insurance before or after the visit. They charged me the full price instead of the copay. Even after I filed a claim, they did not solve the refund issue for two months. This is not a one-time mistake – other family members also had the same problem with them.
