I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism from a hospital. I was scheduled for GI surgery FOUR separate times, and each time it was canceled. What makes this even worse is that no one had the courtesy to call me in advance. Every cancellation happened after I arrived at the hospital, having already rearranged my life, transportation, and responsibilities. This is not a minor appointment—this is surgery. The emotional stress, anxiety, and disruption this has caused is unacceptable. Patients deserve respect, communication, and basic consideration. Repeatedly canceling without notice shows a complete disregard for patients’ time, health, and well-being. I would strongly caution anyone considering care here, especially for surgical procedures.
