I had a cardiologist appointment and did some exams with them. I can't speak to the other reviews, but for my visit they worked with urgency, swiftness, and care, and even recommended ways for me to save on the cost of what I needed for my blood work. I felt looked out for by the doctors here and would come back every time. I walked straight into my appointment when I arrived to check-in. Between exams/tests they conducted, the wait was no longer than 5-10 minutes.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of follow-up after my recent MRI. My ENT (Otolaryngology/Laryngology) specialist requested that I obtain an MRI urgently. I completed the MRI on February 18 and received a notification once the results were finalized stating: “Results are released as soon as they become available. Please give your care team up to 3 business days to review your results.” Despite this message, I did not receive any communication within three business days — or even after one full week. I had to personally reach out to the office to ask whether the doctor had reviewed my MRI and to understand my next steps. After contacting them, I was told to schedule an appointment to discuss the results. Video visits were unavailable, and the next available in-person appointment was March 20 — 31 days after my MRI was completed. Given the urgency initially communicated to me, this delay does not reflect timely follow-up care. Waiting over a month to review MRI results causes unnecessary stress and anxiety for patients. I do not usually write negative reviews, but clearer communication and more timely follow-up are essential, especially when urgent imaging is involved. I hope this can be improved so other patients do not experience similar delays.
