Weill Cornell Medicine Urology at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group - Brooklyn

I was referred to this group from the Emergency Department at NYPBM on September 5, 2024. Over the course of 11 days I called five times and my calls were never returned. I received a call only after lodging a complaint to the hospital administration. The person I spoke to said they never got the messages from the answering service, which is far from credible. I asked to speak to the office manager, and never received a response. I would be inclined to say AVOID AT ALL COSTS but you really don't have to – you won't get care here anyway.

Disappearing doctors. I called WEEKS and WEEKS for a refill and all I got was message service that promised to pass on the messages on to the doctor and nurses. I never got the refill.
