Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I waited for 1.5 hour for nothing. They kept telling me I am the next one after U explicitly told me I need to leave by certain time and was willing to reschedule if the exam couldn’t be done before then. I had to walked out after 1.5 hour of waiting. So if you want to waste your time and life here doing nothing, this is the place to be

Please don’t go. What they do is not to verify your insurance in advance. They will wait till you come in and collect something called”deposit” around 150-350USD. Then they ensure that you will get back the moment your insurance claims it. It was fine by me cause this had happened once before with some other doctor from Chinatown and I did get it back very quick. But this time 6months after my appointment and I have called my insurance many times and they told me they have paid for visit. They don’t know why the doctor still haven’t gave me back my deposit or why the doctor required deposit at all. I called the office 5times, 5 times they told me only manager can handled the deposit refund and the manager never there. I left my back account info and no refund at all. I’m so exhausted I’ll report them to the insurance and visit their office daily from tomorrow for my refund. Please do go, make your life easier.
