My appointment was for 11:15 it is 11:42 and still not have been seen , I was told to arrive 30 minutes I arrive hour to fill out paperwork, had to walk down to a pharmacy and pay to print my insurance card because there’s no way to email the front desk receptionist, as a new patient here I’m really not happy . What office don’t equipped their staff how’s does your front desk receptionist have no emails. I won’t continue being a patient here

Horrible customer service skills and very unprofessional. Sadly their misery is brought to the workforce. Miserable change your situation or job so customers to have to engage in your low vibration. Period
