I make an appointment for Monday at 430, I receive a voicemail confirmation on Friday. When I arrive im asked for my cel number and told to check my voicemails cause my appointment was changed and doctor left at 4. I state that a confirmation was left on Friday, but I left another one today the woman said. Im at work i cant have accessed to phone. She again repeated, “well i called you today to tell you to come earlier”. No apology she didn’t even bother to try to reschedule me. There are plenty of board certified urologist in the city, who have a far more professional staff. Based on this first impression, I will give my money to them and not Dr Valenzuela and his staff.

It was a very long battle, but eight doctors and 14 years later; and my first visit with Doctor V. led to the correct diagnosis. Something all of the previous doctors combined were unable to accomplish. Doctor V performed a urolift procedure on my second visit with an air of confidence in his ability to cure me of my ailment.
