My three kids have received excellent treatment here. Scheduling an appointment was always quick and easy. The staff took their time explaining every step, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. The office is spotless and well-maintained. Our overall experience has been wonderful, and I highly recommend Diamond Braces to anyone in need of orthodontic care.

I do not recommend this place. I underwent treatment for 2.5 years but did not see the results I was expecting. It was still clearly noticeable that my teeth were not straight. At the end of my treatment period, I was informed that I would need to pay additional fees to continue. Because I felt the outcome would likely remain the same no matter how long I continued treatment, I decided to switch providers, even though it meant making another full payment. After only four months with my new orthodontist, my teeth are already noticeably straighter, which makes it clear that my previous treatment was not producing effective results. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I didn’t feel confident in the quality of care or the results, and honestly, it feels like I wasted a lot of time and money for nothing.
